Love this store!! The staff is so hospitable & knowledgeable. They replaced the glass part for me, even though it was my fault it broke. Later I had a different problem and they have me a brand new one. They explained how to use it the vaporizer, including flavors, how flavors etc. Can't say enough about what a great experience I had with them.

I feel like I'm cheating if I ever try another vape shop outside of Velvet Vapors and am always dissapointed when I do. I've been coming here for years now and the prices can't be beat. And if your not 100% happy on the flavor they allow you to come back to have modifications, i.e. extra flavor.
