Nice atmosphere and, in my opinion, the best vape juices in town. The friendly staff is very knowledgeable. The only reason I did not give a five-star rating is because of their business hours. I wish Freedom Smoke USA was open earlier and/or stayed open later.

It's the original and the one I trust. I can always rely on knowledgeable staff to help with any issue I have. I always found myself coming back, the quality of the juice can't be beat. And I always leave with a smile. Thanks FREEDOM!

Used to be able to use the restroom. I am 63 And had an emergency No...now you can't use the bathroom even though i had an emergency. Still wouldn't budge. Rude. Also blew a huge cloud in our faces. Girl with a pink bun on top of her head. We won't go back. We will now go with Giant Vapes distributed products

I like that they make your juice right on the spot, but the only complaints I have about Freedom Smoke are the hours they're open (because I work late and sometimes can't make it in time) or that, it's a little TOO professional, for instance, I don't need somebody opening the door for me on my way out or way in, I feel smothered, and I don't like that, makes me feel untrusted as a consumer, also, one greeting is plenty. But it's clean, it's nice, but a little unfamiliar. I mean, it's vapor, I'm not there to buy a Bentley. Everybody is so we'll dressed, I'd feel more comfortable with people being able to express themselves. Seems a little much, but, I digress, the service is nice, and quick for blending the juices in house, that's my favorite thing. I just think that they shouldn't try so hard to be professional, and to extend the hours a little.

THIS COMPANY SELLS DEFECTIVE E-CIGS! DONT BUY FROM HERE. BUY ONLINE OR AT ANOTHER UNAFFILIATED COMPANY! The employees are amazing at this freedom smoke and this review does not reflect their service whatsoever, but the policies created by the owner are not based on customer service... I was sold a defective product that broke 5 minutes after opening. I took it back and the girl who worked with me took care of me and replaced it no problem with the same model ecig. That same model ecig broke days later and I took it back and they stated that the policy was to hold the ecig for 72 hours and test it before they can replace it lol.... I'm more addicted to the ecig than I was to regular cigarettes so I'm not going to wait 72 hours to get a new ecig.... They new the the product was theirs and I believe they should trust me that it is a defective product. I'll buy one more ecig from here and see if the owner gets back to me to make it right.... For a company that sells hardware at margins of approximately 100% profit and juice that's probably over 1000 %profit! I would hope they would have better customer service at those margins...

The one on Broadway always out of supplies! States with recite exchange or money back if something is wrong with product. With in time limit of time! Not true! They always have an excuses such as "you must have dropped it"! OPV so much better on speedway and craycroft

Best smoke shop in Tucson I actually look forward to going there and they remember us every time I walk in with my boyfriend the same guy helps us each time and he actually remembers our visits there and asks about it. I highly recommend this smoke shop

I was pleased to find out they carry the smaller, pen size tanks, batteries and accessories. So many shops have gone to carrying only the huge mods and props. I not only got the tank but a few days later when I broke the glass (I tend to drop or throw mine often), they had that too! To be honest - I'm trying to quit. I'm happy to have found the smaller tank, I feel it has given me another step down in the process. I bought that red tip here too, a few months back. Good selection - Good prices
