No one was manning the booth. I was there 20 min before closing and still no one there at 9pm. I received a call after posting a negative review explaining the situation. I was surprised to hear from someone trying to make things better. I have purchased from them before and am temporarily increasing my rating.

Literally came to the tucson mall for one reason... and that was to come to cloud vapor and buy a few coils and some juice. It is 8:48 when I walked up to the kiosk and the guy working is already packing up. I stated it's not closing time yet and he replied he only had a $400 day and that she already shut his computer down so he's closed. I've bought 2 mods from this cheap little stand and can assure you they'll never have my business again. If you want real service and variety go to an actual vape shop not some kiosk which won't be there in a few weeks
