I've been here three times now. I admit I don't know much about the e-cig world, but each time I went here I came out knowing a decent bit more. The staff here are incredibly helpful, patient, and eager to understand where you're at and get you what you need. I was able to try out flavors in a sanitary manner, and without feeling like I was being a hassle. It helps that they're not selling anything with too many choices or particularly expensive. They primarly support one line of compatible products, which I happened to already be using (Ego-T). It just blows my mind when you consider what kind of help you get picking cigarettes at the gas station
