The guy in this shop is super nice and helpful! Went in to grab a tank because mine was cracked and he took the time to clean it and help put it back together! Definitely will be going back!

Stopped in today for the first time and blown away with everything they have. Miguel was super helpful, knowledgeable and all around a cool guy. Will definitely be going back!

Place is Garbage. Customer service sucks. Been there twice during business hours and doors were locked. Every other time they are stuffing their faces with food and make it seem like you're inconvenienceing them when you want to buy something. Never have the same things in stock so if you like something you bought there don't count on them having it when you run out. Sold me a ghostick vape pen for $40 then decided to stop selling the pods and coils for it. Same with the juice countless times had to resort to another product because they didn't have what I bought the previous time I was there. New atatjis so just thought they had alot of business but then looked at the reviews and found thats not so. Go down the street to University and McClintock better store better prices better selection and better people. GLASS HOUSE smoke shop hooked it up! 1835 e. University Dr. Suite 1

What a wonderful place for vape gear. Miguel, went out of his way to answer about 1000 questions I had. He spent like 30 mins going through 5 different tanks before finding the perfect one for me.

Great staff, always very friendly and welcoming, but the lost star is due to the fact they are not very transparent with their return policy, which by the way only covers defective items. Also kind of difficult to get ahold of the business, as my message sent to the email listed (info@usvaporoutlet) came back as undeliverable, and my tweet asking a question has still gone unanswered.
