I stopped in just kinda browsing. And Preston was such a sweetheart. He was friendly helpful and just plain sweet. Aside from that the store really has a lot to offer. I live in San Tan, and our smoke shop sucks. Old out dated merchandise. I would love to see a smoke shop of this standard in my area. Thanks again Preston for your help.

I have been going to head shops for nearly 50 years and I can say without exaggeration that my experience here was the worse ever and not by a little bit. First off I had ad in my hand .listing days sale was on and the guy argued with me ,finally calling the manager and agreeing to honor their Ad. I was distracted by all this BS and didn't examine bong closely enough , I admit. When I got home I saw the carb. was so high on stem as to be useless . I tried to return it ;but they refused . I don't smoke Tobacco ; I have a Medical Marijuana card ; So as far as I am concerned They sold me defective medical equipment. I also intend to file complain with Better Bus. The Item was not used,it was the very next day and they still refused to accept return. You say there are many reasons for not issuing a refund; I'm guessing they are 1.) GREED; 2.) LACK OF MORALS .3.)FEAR YOU WON"T BE ABLE TO PAWN THIS DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE OFF ON SOMEONE ELSE. You typify the corporate greed in the new weed industry.

I called to ask if they sold salvia (which is legal and sold in other smoke shops) and the employee who answered the phone was very rude and short. I'm sure they would be plenty helpful and nice if I went in the store but this was enough for me to not want to give them my business in the future.
