I've been comming here for a couple of years. The people are very friendly, and helpful, I usually deal with Ann, very,very nice person. If I have any questions they help you out. I recommend this place 100 percent.

I've been going HERE since the day they opened. With the ecig constantly evolving and changing they do a great job staying on top of what batteries, cartridges, tanks etc are the newest and best technologies available. Whether you want to keep it simple or try vaping more as a hobby and use the fancy tanks and batteries, they have the staff that can help you make it a great experience. Prices have gone up since first entering their shop 4 years ago but the types of products they offer has improved dramatically from those look alike cigarette ecigs to all the newest options out there, so that's expected. Yes, there are other options for ecig/vape stores in town but I like going where they know my name and what I usually get. That says a lot. My only critique is the stocking of some of the popular items. A few times they were out completely of the cartridges I use. Being that there are no other places to get them, that was kind of scrappy. However, they offered me other products to get be vaping right away. I highly recommend this companies ecig/vape shops. I go to the jackson st location but koeller st in Oshkosh is also very helpful!!!

Very friendly employee working, wish I would have caught her name to personally acknowledge her work. She was extremely educated about the products and was able to answer any questions I had about the product. Not to mention the great, affordable prices too! This was my first time shopping here and I will be back.
