Amazing experience! The guy working today was very knowledgeable and friendly. Told him I needed to learn more about my mode (which is technically advanced and came with limited instructions) and he helped me out in terms I could understand. Very helpful and reasonable prices. Will go again. Just sorry I didn't catch the guys name.....but thank you!

This store will sell you batteries from China that will LITERALLY MELT YOUR MOD, and they will not replace it. When I went in requesting they replace it, they offered a disgusting 10%. My MOD was working 100% an hour ago. Thanks to these useless fools, I now have nothing. Then the acne faced little punk that 'claimed to be the manager' went to get the manager, informing him 'I wasn't being cool.' Mother trucker YOU are the one making sideways statements because your sack hasn't dropped. WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER.

Super friendly staff everytime I stop in. Never pressured to buy anything, infact, I usually end up spending an additional 20-30 minutes just talking with the folks who work there. A must stop at either of their stores if you're in the Oshkosh area.

By far,THE best vape shop in town.The customer service is outstanding...every single employee who has helped me in this store has been friendly&knowledgeable &I am always treated with respect.Although there are many other shops closer to my home,for me it is well worth the drive to this one! 5 star service consistently!

This was the first vape shop I went to after moving to Oshkosh. After a few minutes there I already knew Alternative was going to be my go to vape shop. Everyone acts as though they are one big family and they treat their regulars as a part of that family. One top of that, all the employees go above and beyond because they all truly care about every customer. I would 100% encourage anyone looking for a vape shop to visit them.
