Bought a SMOK QBOX in a pinch on Black Friday for my wife. I dropped the glass getting it out of the package for her. The product does not carry a replacement glass and when I drove back within 10 minutes of buying it, the person was not helpful at all. Not only was I denied a replacement glass from a display model, but there were no replacement glasses offered at all. I literally had to buy a new tank if I wanted to fix my problem with no other solutions offered when I asked directly. I have never written a bad review and even gave myself some time to reflect. With SO many options, I no longer have time for poor customer service and will not be supporting this business.

Pros: My Go-To place for my vaping needs in town. Knowledgeable staff, Premium juices and nice selection of mods, tanks, coil supplies and tools. Never an issue with stale juice as stock seems to be rotated with new flavors or fresh juice often. Atmosphere is on point with what you expect a "Lounge" to be, none of that "we sell juice we have little knowledge about and have a table with 4 chairs you can sit at". Cons: Location is not the best as parking can sometimes be an issue on that end of main street.

The best vape store around. The owner knows what he's selling. My opinion is how can you sell vaping supplies and you don't vape. There's people selling it and couldn't tell you nothing about except from what they read or what their customers tell them. Not this one he knows his stuff

Bought a SVD with a naut tank and coils. had issues with the tank leaking or not coming off. The dude told me when I bought it if I had ANY issues to come back. Went back he told me he cant help me and pull it off with a vice grip....ended up breaking the tank. Now trying other places to find a good tank for my SVD
