Awsome customer service, went in to buy juice and asked about the smaller pen vapes, “pods” i think. Was going to buy a smok brand pen and was told their boulder Rock device was a better pen, also half the price. So I bought it along with two cartridges. Ended up being $25, plus a 30ml bottle of juice which I was given for buying the device. Not sure what the juice would have been, but from what i saw the prices were very reasonable and the guy working was very helpful. Good business!

I went in to check on vapor and how it works along with prices. The employee who was working was another customer and ask me if he could help me. I told I whated to check things out on vapor. He told me its vapor just the like the sign in front says. Then my wife just came in behind me so I turned around and told her lets leave. Apparently this employee had no people skills in a business. You would think he would help me with my questions in gaining a new customer. I thought this was rude and inconsiderate on his account!!!! Then I went to another store the sales lady answered all my questions and helped select a inexpensive product to try. I think this place business A Z Vapor will not be open long. Poor customer service!!!!!!!

Awesome service, as well as a very clean environment. Displays are well maintained and updated, and juices are updated frequently! If you want advice on everything and anything vape related, these guys know their stuff, and will take care of any needs you may have! Overall, I have never had a bad experience, and you may learn a thing or two, while advancing your hobby!

I am new to the vape scene and don’t really know much. I had been to one vape store already and ended up not purchasing a set up because of the lack of customer service. I was very discouraged and thought the whole industry must be like that. Then my friend told me to give A-Z a try. I’m so glad I did! The manager Andrew was very helpful. He answered all of my questions. Told me the pros and cons to the different products. Gave me time to look on my own, stuck to my budget, and showed me how to use the products before I left. It was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for taking the time to make me feel comfortable! You have a very nice selection of all things smoke related. I will definitely be back.
