Customer service could be improved drastically. There are half a dozen other places in town that deserve your service. Go to those.

Selection is decent but the prices aren't that great. Some of the staff is very unfriendly and makes it an unpleasant experience while looking for your vape needs.

EXPENSIVE!!! The service I received was fine. The young woman was helpful and courteous and helped me pick something out. The prices, however, were a bit of a shock. They range from 50% to 100% higher than what I am used to paying at the vape shop I normally go to. I don't think I'll be going back.

Waist of your time I bought a few things come to find out my e'cig got stolen tried to return items and they will NOT return for my cash or exchange the guy there is so unprofessional and has no customer .service and the lady looks so snotty....and plus it is expensive I suggest to go to My Baker Vape on the guide this place is not worth one star and the owner will most go out of business the way he has his employees running it...#loss#4#U

I purchased 3 batteries for my ecig 5 days ago. I was told of they are older batteries and if they do not work, they would exchange them within 30 days. Every one of them will not hold a charge for longer than 4 hours. I went into the store and Madison was working. She was not only completely rude, but refused to call a supervisor or owner when I asked. I recommend everyone go to e cig express in Bellingham. The customer service there is amazing and they will not rip you off like total vape!!
