I love going into this shop because of the excellent service and advice from the owner and other staff! I've been to other shops where I don't feel like they care about my business except to get my money. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs any vape things!!

I rarely visit 123 vape shop but when I do chi and her employees are great ,very educational and professional. I would have to say this shop is the only vape shop in whatcom county that knows what they are saying and selling. Way to go 123 I support my local businesses 100%

My favorite shop in town. Have been going here for years and have never had an issue, best customer service and the owner is very friendly and takes time to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Even of you change your mind on a bottle of juice you don't like she is very reasonable about swapping it out to make sure it's what you like. Only shop in town that's not run by teenagers that have no idea what they are doing. Also very friendly environment and welcoming to people that are new to vaping.
