Awesome staff! When I walked in, they were wearing masks and instantly greeted me. I loved how they took the time to “get to know me” so they could figure out what might work best for me. I loved how I wasn’t pressured and instead, they showed me some great options based on my lifestyle and budget. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience or more knowledgeable staff. They have earned a new customer along with my girlfriend’s business as well!

This place is great. Large selection of juices and hardware, and some of the nicest people working the counter. They are always helpful and don't sell me something I don't need. I will gladly spend my money here over ordering online.

My 2nd vape shop I've ever been to and I love it. The people are super friendly, very helpful, and will literally sit there with you as long as it takes to help you search for the perfect product for you. I absolutely LOVE how in tune they are with their clients and their knowledge on their product. It doesn't feel like they are chasing a buck, they truly are trying to earn your loyalty, respect and.. dare I say friendship? I'd happily crack a beer and shoot the breeze with anyone of the amazing associates while perusing for the perfect vape equipment/ liquid. They've earned my business for life.

These guys are the best, I started coming here when my juice was Late in the mail, service was great and now I try to shop more often. Laid back atmosphere and fast service. They just sold me a setup And we’re very Knowledgeable on the specific item. one of the guys always recognizes me, that’s always a plus as well. Best vape shop in Richmond hands down. 10/10
