Been here 7 or 8 times now and I have to say they are probably the best Vape store I've been to, and I've been to many ACROSS the country. The customer service, pricing and variety Is great! They offer a 15% military discount on everything which is awesome. My guess is that any negative review with only from local competitors.

I'll only stop here when I need a small bottle to hold me over a few days. The inside is really nice, but this place embodies big business. I prefer smaller, well educated, less corporate kind of stores. Plus I am not a big fan of the juice selection.

Overpriced liquids an accessories. believe they make a quality product but they will retool their flavors without warning, leaving you in a bind. They are knowledgeable about hardware and liquids but nothing is for free at Avail. Even the tasting.

The parking lots are laid out great and they have traffic circles on the roads leading in and out, which is great for handling traffic quickly and safely.

Apparently avail stores can’t keep product stocked. There’s no reason that two different locations should be out of something on multiple different occasions.

They need more chill. I'm new to vaping, and while I can appreciate their selection, apparently, I didn't know I was walking into the Apple store of vape shops. A little too elitist for my humble origins. As someone else mentioned, the sells rep can and was very militant about asking for ID just from introducing myself and what I was looking for. I don't even get that vibe going to the ABC store inquiring about a selection of (fill in the blank), and they're licensed and run by the commonwealth of VA. There are many other less corporate options, so I'll stick to my hole in the wall as my go-to.

Extremely kind service! Always willing to help me find a new flavor or anything I would be looking for. Friendly service! Kyra always is such a happy bubbly kind person! Easy to talk to staff and really just a great place to be! I have never been let down by them. The flavors and devices are also great, selection seems to be pretty good. Just a great place to be!

My boyfriend and I went in on a whim just to browse, and ended up with some really great products. The avail vapor rep Kyra was excellent with answering all questions. She was awesome! Kyra was very fun and energetic, while still maintaining a professional demeanor. I will most definitely shop there again. I’ve been to many different vape shops, but this is now my favorite! Best vape shop experience ever!!

Visiting my brother-in-law who has raved about Avail all weekend and decided to check it out for myself. After waiting 30+ minutes at 1 in the afternoon for any indication that they were going to open I gave up and left. I highly doubt anyone in this family will be suffering through Short Pump’s traffic to MAYBE find an open shop again.
