So sad to see this place go. It was the best vape shop around. I talked to the owner in their last days and he hopes to re open at some point. I will wait with anticipation!

I love this place.My mother turned me on to this place. Like many other people who have given a review, I find this place very down to earth, the staff are friendly and go out of their way to get you what you need. They will order things specifically for you if for some reason they don't have it. (Which doesn't happen often as they have a great selection of merchandise) You do feel as if you could sit there and just take a load off, listen to music, maybe clean and refill your device and chat. They truly want to help people make the transition fom stinky smelly cigarettes to the clean "vape experience"! The prices are very reasonable. I think I'll go by there today actually 😊

By far the very best experience I've had with vapor-shops! After a friend and I spent too much at Avail for a simple setup each (totalling over $300), her unit started malfunctioning and mine was having constant issues. Just got some juice today in the mail and found that my unit needed a new coil. Having been given no instructions from Avail on the maintenance or basics of using our purchase, I did the next best thing: Google'd. Forums were only helpful if I knew the actual terms of the items usernames were referring to. Searched for the (not provided with purchase) manual and was greeted with pixelated tiny text. One more search for my model and I finally found the diagram and review! With this information I looked on the map and found a few nearby stores. After calling 3 other stores, this was the only one that answered. The guy on the phone made me feel like I was talking to a friend, not just a customer on the phone. With my limited knowledge, he was more than happy to help and quicky located a very affordable replacement part. I made my way to the shop and not only did I get to meet a regular there, but also the owner of RCVA. All three were happy to help, give tips, guidance and quickly rectify the errors of Avail! Each person that came and went were regulars and I can understand why. This place does it right. You're not paying them for fancy displays and decor. You're paying for honest products and the killer service there guys showed me today. There's only one place I'll go to for vapor products and services - #RCVA!

Very helpful in choosing which device and juice to purchase. Wonderful staff and homey feel to the store. You feel like you could pull up a chair and just chat. Highly recommend!
