I was spending 60 to 100 dollars every payday with you guys. The other day I came in to purchase one bottle of juice and one pack of coils the guy working said these are the coils for your fireluke went back to work I unpackaged one to try it and its not even close and now you wont let me refund these 20.00 freemax coils that's messed y'all wrong for that one I'll go elsewhere from now on cancel my custo.er account

Hands down the BEST vape shop I've been to. Alexis was amazing and super helpful. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We actually had a long conversation and just clicked really well. I will most definitely be coming here again and again!

I went to Avail vapor after multiple bad experiences at DIFFERENT stores. I will be a regular customer at Avail Vapor for the remainder of my time in Virginia, and it is all due to Alexis and Jaimie's over the top customer service. Avail has a great selection on juices and mods, when you couple that with fantastic customer service I see no reason to go anywhere else. Avail vapor is also military friendly and offers a military discount. They have forever earned my business.

Best customer service and an all around pleasant experience shopping there. The manager, Curtis, was friendly, helpful, and even though I'm a novice he helped explain things about my vape to me and showed me how to fix the issues I was encountering. Never going anywhere else for vaping
