Fake CBD! Unsourcable CBD - They can't even tell you where the CBD is sourced from for the Pre-Filled Vape CBD Cartridges shown in the photos. I paid $45 for 1000MG which is skeptical already, you can barely get modules much smaller for that for $45, I admit I should have done more research 1st, but I didn't and I got totally duped. I believed in the salesperson, storefront and I trusted them overall with 70+ reviews, why would it be a fake product. It's crystal clear like water, tasted burnt and smelled like oil and most important had no effect whatsoever. NONE. 1 - they don't even know where this came from 2 - no manufacture name on the box 3 - clear as water 4 - tasted burnt 5 - smelled like pure vege oil or something 6 - no cbd effect at all, it's a fake cbd item 7- try calling them & asking them about it 8 - try finding the product online 9 - 1000 MG, this box is total deceptive marketing, it most likely came from a 1000MG batch, but has like 0% CBD in it I have been smoking CBD for awhile (1 brand only), I ventured away one time because my other supply was not here and I learned a lesson & I really want others to know the truth. KNOW WHAT YOUR SMOKING. I posted photos & hope it shows, if they don't it's the Clear Mango CBD Vape Oil with the gold tip, it says Full Spectrum - 1000MG - Mango Flavor and bears a Boxed Logo of "Relax", which is not the same as the traditional Relax brand from what I have found. You screw this onto your vape pen and smoke it. I can't speak for the other products, only from my personal experience. I have given them ample opportunity to fix this, the owner Chris I emailed twice and left 2 messages, no return call. I wanted my money back/credit and want others to know DO NOT BUY CBD HERE for this cartridge. Try finding it online, its like where's waldo with this product, what a joke. The worst part is, if you haven't the real deal, you may think this CBD is the real deal, its not, you are cutting yourself all the way short with this particular item. It just sad, that you cannot even respond to someone asking you where is it from and how much CBD is in the product. Your Manager James doesn't even know and kept saying we can't give your money back. I told him, fine, I get it, its final sale. But give me credit towards vape pens or something else other then product, they said no. The only reason I am posting a review, is for the other customers. Here is the thing CBD is very new to most in this area and if you don't what to buy, you can get burned like I did. Buyer beware and I really wanted others to know who really seek real full spectrum, terpene filled CBD this is not the place. A company should be able to tell you to their manufacture website with a breeze and offer lab results, from what I have found out. If they are selling as their own brand, they should be able to tell you the contents, period. NOTE THE OWNER - know what your selling and train your staff 1st~ 2nd when someone reaches out telling you have a faulty product, you should care enough to reach back out. To many people use this item for medical reasons and your preying on those who don't even know enough.

Incredibly disappointed in this place. I needed to pick up a couple Puffbars and swing by because it’s closer to my house (a mistake I won’t make again). I was talked into purchasing two Puffbar Pluses rather than the usual single use ones by a good-looking dude who was really cool. I decided to try them. Here’s where the problem starts. When I got home, I opened the pack and it was obviously damaged. There was juice all over the inside of the package and the outside of the device. It didn’t bother me, so I just wiped it off. However, when I went to hit it, it didn’t work at all. I tried several times, but nothing was coming out; the light on the bottom wasn’t working. I called the store to see if I could exchange it for a working device: after all, it certainly wasn’t my fault. I was told that the people working couldn’t say whether or not they could return it, they had to speak to management, which I fully understand. I called today, and they told me they couldn’t replace it. I was quite surprised; it seems like basic customer service to replace a defective device. It’s not a lot, but now I’m out $20, which in today’s climate, is a problem. I wouldn’t recommend this shop unless your friends with the people who work here. I was prepared to use this as my main store (which I give fat more business than I care to admit), but if this is what happens, I’m glad to drive the extra time to tobacco hut. I suggest you do the same.
