Terrible hardware selection, no lounge area (for some reason that's near universal), but most importantly it seems like management doesn't take care of their employees, I'm under the impression that they leave them solo on long shifts, so by the time someone walks in they're just not motivated to go that extra mile to make a sale. Most of the employees seem like good guys, but you can just tell they're drained. To be fair, they are generally good at keeping the popular juices in stock so I occasionally drop in... But only after I can't find the flavor I'm feinding for down the street.

Great staff, competitive prices, but their stock is limited. First time I walked in looking for a prince tank which they didn't have. Shopping for juices here is EZ since you can sample the flavors. I will be coming back again and again because they treat me right, and work with me to make sure my Vapes are exactly what I want

Prices are too high. A bottle of juice is 25% more expensive here than most other places.. and then at checkout they ask for a tip. Here’s your tip... stop being greedy.

I went in because of a problem I had with a tank I bought from another, scam, hookah shop in sterling and the guy at the counter fixed it for free. He took the time to explain everything knowing that I was not going to spend anything at his store on that day. Now that’s customer service!
