Was given the wrong coils. Purchased them went home. Opened one to put in tank and was the wrong ones. Would not fit. Called the store and went back to the store. The employee was sympathetic for his mistake but when he called his boss she said she would not return nor exchange because one coil was open. So unfortunately for them they have lost my business

I really love that Twisted Vapor has female staff. It seems like every other vape shop I go to has a bunch of bros hanging out. I feel comfortable shopping here and the staff are super nice and patient. I'm always given good recommendations for a new juice to try out and they have the coils I need for my vape. It's honestly a nice shop with a calm atmosphere.
