What do u mean 4.6. My arss. Noble says it at 10☆ alllll the way around. It just cant get any better than this. With Jay man at the helm it's just the cream of the crop. Just wish he or some1 would open 1 around here on Belmont. But till then I will travel to voltage twice a day if need be.

The guys in there are extremely knowledgeable, and helpful! I am new to vaping and heavily recommend going here if you are also new. They did not push to sell me anything I did not want or need for my goal. They explained the options that best fit for my goal and let me mull it over. Then they showed me how to work the device fully and said if I had any questions ever to just give them a call. You guys are awesome keep up the phenomenal customer service. I will be returning for future purchases.

I started with Voltage Vapin' in February 2020. They took the time (over an hour!) to set me up with a vape kit that met my needs and wishes. But the best part has been the follow-up visits. Each time I have an issue with my vape, they have helped me to fix it. They don't just lean in to upsell me or get me to buy something new - they ALWAYS help fix the issue (as long as it's fixable, which has been my situation thus far). They even helped me over the phone to fix my issue. I'm so impressed by this as most places will try to sell you something new or a replacement part that you either don't need or already have. I will remain a VV customer based on this honesty and transparency alone, let alone the quality of products and the professionalism of the staff. Great job, VV!
