They have the worst service ever, I just bough a vabe last week with 3 tanks they all burned out within the first guy I went talk to about said that I cannot return them nor exchange them, he wanted me to buy a new one when I just basically wasted 80$ there, then said the only thing we can do is give you 50% off so waste another 40$ I said ok let me get the money because I really wanna quit smoking cigarettes and that seems to be helpful, so went to get the money didn’t have time to go back the same day so I went the next day, there was someone else there I told him what happened and what we agreed on with the other guy and all he said was “too bad you should’ve did it yesterday, I can only offer 20%.” Is this how you guys make your money. Wow you guys should be ashamed.

Seth was Extremely helpful! I bought a mod kit which was $10 less than flavor vapor. Bought 2 batteries, and some great tasting water dragon juice. Seth had a great amount of knowledge and took the time to walk me through the initial setup. I will be back on payday.
