The guy that "helped" us was a total dick. Yuck. I'll never go back there. ☝☝☝☝☝ Yes! I did say this, however!, I soon got a message offering to make it right and a promise that that d word person will be spoken to. I was treated w decency and very, very much respect and kindness. I appreciate you guys taking this so seriously and your prompt attention to the matter. I will be returning to All About Vapor and hopefully get to thank Flee personally for making me smile again and restore my faith in humanity...well, I wouldn't go THAT far but he he did, for a brief moment, think there may be hope.😉✌💖😄

EDIT: Owner - thank you kindly for the response. The review metric is based on 5 stars - 5 to denote having experienced service/product excellence and 1 to allow consumers to air out grievances as long as they are warranted, true, and honest. I acknowledge your commitment to customer service and wish AAV all the best. I called in advanced to confirm if they carried a specific brand and they stated that they did. The guy who answered the phone was obnoxious and short but I didn't think much of it. After driving a good distance to buy what I was looking for, I was told by another staff that they did not carry it. Anyway, coming here again was my mistake - because after two very poor customer service experiences from my previous visits, I should have known better and I've been coming here for a few years. To the one young buck working in the daytime with the fancy little knife holder - you are not a vape god or a boss. Act accordingly. If a customer calls in and asks please LISTEN instead of blindly saying yes, yes, yes and then playing stupid when they get there. It was literally 5 minutes between the call to confirm and my arrival. No apologies. Just your typical clock-in/clock-out and collect their hourly wages type workers. A note to the owners: I'm sure you're trying to run a family business where you want to treat your workers like family. But you need to start taking these negative reviews regarding customer service seriously and either reprimand these people or let them go because at the end of the day, they are hurting your brand severely and costing you guys long-term customers and money. If this was a face-to-face complaint I'm sure you'd follow up with more seriousness. I'm also sure one lost customer is not a big deal since your volume at this location is high. But I won't be recommending this place for myself or anyone else moving forward. A note to new customers: Go if you are planning to start vaping because not all of them are as bad as this review makes it seem, but I strongly recommend you take your continued business elsewhere - either online at a web store or another location nearby. Sort the reviews by negative first and every single complaint about their service is absolutely true.
