Very bad experience here. This place is not friendly or helpful for someone new to vaping. The man behind the counter was friendly but was only trying to sell products of his choice. After telling him what I was looking for, he recommended the JUUL. He seemed to have all the answers to my questions and assured me the JUUL was exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, I found out that most everything he told me about the JUUL was not true. I called back to discuss what I was experiencing with the JUUL and to see if I could exchange it (since it was nothing like what I had originally asked for). He was rude and told me it was my problem and there were no refunds or exchanges. I will never return to this place. Fortunately, there are much better vape shops with knowledgeable and friendly people and a much better selection of flavors and products. Would not recommend this place at all.

I have been to multiple vape shops looking for a new flavor to keep me into vaping. Having tried other shops around I have spent a lot of money to only be disappointed in flavor produced in smok prince tank. I explained to sales clerk my issues and they introduced me to the naked juices. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!! Their pricing at the store was really good in comparison to others and service was excellent. I'm sold on them and they now have a constant customer for my vape needs.
