I 100% LOVE THIS PLACE. THE OWNER WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. THEY OFFER JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING VAPOR UNDER THE SUN AND THE SET UP WAS BEYOND IMPRESSIVE. I DIDN'T KNOW WHETHER TO SIT, STAND OR RUN AROUND THE PLACE WITH EXCITEMENT. THEY HAVE ALL FLAVORS AND WITH LOUNGE/BAR SET UP YOU ARE ABLE TO TRY THE FLAVORS THAT APPEAL TO YOU. THE SALES GUY (OWNER) EVEN GAVE ME A DISCOUNT. BY FAR THE NICEST GUY WITH RESPECT TO HIS PATIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE TO SELLING TO SOMEONE LIKE ME WITH LITTLE OR NO EXPERIENCE. I CAN HAPPILY SAY TODAY I HAVEN'T HAD ONE CIGARETTE NOR EVEN THE URGE FOR ONE. THANK YOU GREEN VAPOR OF GRAND PRAIRIE, TX YOU PROBABLY JUST SAVED MY LIFE. YOU SHOULD BE PROUD.. I AM GRATEFUL.

Well first of all, when I walked into this place the man that was working didn't even look up at me. I was looking to upgrade from a spinner to something better. He didn't ask if I needed help or anything. When I asked about where the e juices came from he replied "different places. " then turned around and kept doing whatever he was doing. I asked him to elaborate a little, he raised his voice and snapped "WHAT MORE YOU WANT TO KNOW?" then he made a rather long sigh, and said "they are made in a lab somewhere. we place an order. they get delivered to us." I asked if I could sample any e juices, and apparently this bothered him because he started telling me how they were all expensive and top shelf quality juices. He did explain how to grab the plastic tip and insert it over the drip tip and then he said "DO NOT DROP ANYTHING. DO NOT BREAK ANYTHING." He was extremely condescending and terribly rude. He spoke to me like I was a child. I don't allow anyone to speak to me in that manor! I definitely do not expect to be treated that way from someone in customer service. People like this give us vapers and the vapor shops be go to a bad name.

I had to take this place down to a 3. Good juice selection, but this is the second time aI have came during business hours and they aren't opened. One day i came around 845 and they were closed. Sign says they close at 9. Ok I will give them that one, but when I come at 12:00 and you just opened at 11 I don't expect the shop to be closed.
