Very helpful with someone who is clueless on Kratom. Answered with knowledge but didn't pretend to know everything. Lifesaver! ETA: I saw someone posted it's a "whites only vibe" WHAT?? Absolutely not.

A very polite gentleman helped with any questions I had. Was up front and honest about the product I was asking about and how it worked personally for him. Would definitely recommend. Any bad reviews I'd have to question.

UPDATE: What makes sense to me is listening to a customer, so you can help them get something they actually like. If a customer has dislikes hear them so that those flavors aren't rambled off and confused with another. We are not allowed into the building so we could see for ourselves before we buy something. Why not put a little more effort in being helpful? I wish your reply was a little less juvenile and defensive and more professional. I'm not ignorant. I am very unsatisfied with my last visit here. I tried telling the woman what I liked and didn't like (I don't like tobacco or menthol flavored anything). I guess she didn't like being interrupted and insisted on reading out all she had. Spent over $50 for a mesh coil and TWO flavors that were menthol and tobacco flavored juice I will never use. I wasn't heard and I'm out $$$.

Icy was awesome, she was super helpful and showed my boyfriend and I a bunch of different things around the smoke shop and answered all of our questions. Some pretty cool stuff at this shop and i’ll definitely be coming back!

They don’t stand by their products. Got a bad puff bar, and went to get it exchanged five minutes after I bought it. Been there many times and never had an issue. Manager wouldn’t replace the defective product. Horrible and lazy way to run a small business. Update: I spoke to the manager who told me it was company policy not to give refunds. I had a receipt. You’re being dishonest.
