Edit: Clearly not everyone who works here is as nice as the first guy who helped us out. Yesterday we bought a premium candy/melon flavor that we had previously purchased from Exquisite (Aqua Rainbow Drops). Something must have happened during manufacturing because this new juice tasted like grape cough medicine and was absolutely disgusting. I called the store and asked if we could exchange the flavor because it was legitimately the wrong one. Rachel unapologetically informed me that Exquisite Vapor does not exchange or refund premium juices, even if there is a manufacturer issue. Why would I go to a store and spend $5-10 more than I would online to deal with customer service like this? If there's an issue with a product, it's up to the vendor to replace it. Duh. I guess I'll stick to shopping online from now on! ((My boyfriend and I are newbs to vaping and were totally lost about how to use our new equipment. The staff member spent 45 minutes showing us different juices and giving us tips on how to optimize our equipment. He even changed our coils out. He was super patient and helpful. We will definitely be back, thank you for making it a great experience for us!))

My girlfriend and I frequent this vape store and have spent hundreds of dollars here. Our experience has been great aside from a few instances when “Rachel” was working. The issue we ran across was: we had purchased a “premium vape juice” 28$ from the store, once we filled our vapes we noticed immediately that the juice was clearly not the correct juice. We then called the store to ask for an exchange for the vape juice we ordered, Rachel was working and she very rudely informed us that “they don’t refund or exchange premium juice” all we wanted was to get the product we purchased. Again all of our experiences with other employees have been 5 Star! If the manager or owner could please reach out and correct this issue we would be more than happy to remove this review and give it the 5 stars we know this place deserves. All we want is what we paid for, we are not looking for a refund just what we ordered.

If you are looking for a vape store that will have great products and friendly and knowledgeable staff, this is it. Rachel is really awesome and she knows her stuff man. She’s super helpful everytime we come in for juice or maintenance questions. You found the place right here period!

I went into the vape shop for some basic 1860 50 batteries and Austin was one to help me he did an exceptional job was really good friendly and really knew what he was talking about I liked my experience here 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍👋👋👍
