Called ahead asking specifically for a certain device, was told they had it in stock. Drove across town and was told they had one the other day when he worked. The guy specifically admitted that he hadn't even bothered to check when I called. His only way to try and make it right was to upsell me to something more expensive than what I'd wanted.

Recently went in because I was having trouble with one of my mods not reading one of my batteries. Tried multiple batteries it's still the same thing so I took it in hoping that they would be able to help me out.but it seemed like they were trying their hardest to not help me they kept blaming it on other things than the mod itself. I shop there a lot.I thought they were nice people but they tried their hardest to make it so that I couldn't get an exchange. I've bought glasses multiple tanks multiple mods lots of juice and they tried their hardest to not help me. I was told that they can't see it happening they can't do anything about it I just bought this mod on the 10th of December if I run into this issue again I will go in with recording of what's Happening and that's the last time I'm stepping in that shop they lost a loyal customer. I'll be sure to doing my shopping from online now. They are not nice people and they will not sell you good quality mods. also everything is overpriced except for the discounted stuff the have that's probably broken already. I was going to upgrade my mod today but I've changed my mind. I'll just make an order online. They have terrible customer service and all they want is your money they don't care if they sell you anything bad. I know losing one customer probably wont make a big difference to them but in my eyes from what they did I know they'll do that to somebody else and I won't shop at a place where there aren't honest people who try to help.

I travel the country as a delivery driver and visit every vape shop I can. This one by far has the best juice and very welcoming customer service. I definitely will be buying online when I get home to Atlanta. This Sweet Water juice is absolutely amazing!!!!. I’ll be back tomorrow before I leave to try some more of this awesomeness. 💯

Absolutely terrible customer service. Not knowledgeable on their own IN HOUSE product. Very rude when enforcing their "stay behind the line" rules, and altogether exhibiting an attitude of having better things to do than helping the customer. Will not be returning to this shop. Ever.
