The guy that was the cashier was not very helpful. He was on the phone the whole time talking about his baby momma problems. I didnt feel comfortable asking him questions. I like it when the girls are there. They are very informative and their costumer service is on point. Sadly he lost a good costumer today.

the staff had some outstanding customer service. i had to opportunity to speak with a worker by the name of Natalie i believe and she was very tentative and helpful when i was selecting product. she definitely was knowledgeable in the different selections.

I had bought in herbal Vape on Saturday. Right as I took it home I found out the product that I had just bought did not work. I paid $75 so I took it back immediately. The man at the front desk said OK will take a look at it and it should only take 48 hours The man at the front desk said OK will take a look at it and it should only take 48 hours to test the product and asked to get back with you. It’s been four days and they haven’t tried to contact me once nor update me on what’s been going on. Not to mention they took my receipt but I have a picture of it just in case something like this went down. At least keep your customers updated so they don’t have to chase you around for answers that’s what makes people not want to come to your business.
