They’ve always been super nice & helpful every time I’ve gone in the store. Couldn’t recommend this store more for anything vape. He even shared his juice with me to let me try his vape juice. Great place, I definitely recommend.

Being formerly in the vape industry running my first premium e-juice line to running and managing this location before it was purchased by Cypress Vapors (and them subsequently offering me $8.50/hr to stay after the sale of the company, while I made $21+/hr), it is disheartening to see how he treats his employees and customers now. The owner, Mark, talks a great game and seems very knowledgeable to those who don't know anything, but those who have access to industry information see right through some of the "factual" assumptions he makes about certain things. It's okay to be wrong every once in awhile, especially in a young industry, but don't be ignorant and stubborn. You don't learn that way. Either way, they have a decent juice selection and as long as you ignore the know-it-all and bad tempered/attitude owner, look past the exorbitantly high prices, and you want to give your business to the kind of company who doesn't value it's employees or customers who don't agree with him, this is the shop for you! I'm sure if he bothers to reply to this, it will sound all professional and great and like I am wrong or discredit me, but that is just because he needs to save face on a bad review that is deserved. He knows the truth, unless he is delusional. EDIT RESPONDING TO HIS COMMENT: My point exactly. A lot of these items he addressed are so skewed and the information is either incorrect or taken and twisted to sound discrediting to me. I wasn't taking information that was false to begin with and trying to target Mark Decoveny with it, I was just merely pointing out the truth. I would have expected a response with more truth and integrity coming from a former police officer no less. Thanks for taking the time to read my review and discredit it, Mark. I'm not even going to take the time to defend myself because everyone who knows me and the truth behind the situations you introduced knows better. Good luck with your business.

Went to the Eldridge location and was told how each store has a different atmosphere. This one is comfortable for hanging out at the juice bar or playing video games. Kyle is friendly and very knowledgeable. Name brand juice lines. Had a special on Element juice that I couldn’t resist.
