I never leave reviews, but my experience with Cypress Vapors deserves one. I’ve been a smoker for as long as I can remember. I’ve tried everything to quit, but always went back to cigarettes. I was finally able to break the habit thanks to these guys. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions and set me up with an awesome little device and juice for under $50. I haven’t touched a cigarette in over two weeks thanks to them. Cypress Vapors just earned a customer for life. Thank you very much!

Mark is AMAZING!! I’m new to the vape world but he asked three questions had set me up with a great device and the exact juice I needed! He even told me what to expect and he’s been right about everything! I highly recommend his stores!! What a class act business he’s put together!!

I gave this shop 3 chances to change my opinion and they failed to do so. They are not very friendly. I felt like I had to force them to give me more information about what I was looking at. More of a get what you’re here for and leave kind of attitude. They do not have a big selection of juice or hardware. Their prices are considerably higher than other shops I’ve been too. They were close to my house, but I’ll gladly drive out of my way for better service and selection.

Barely review places but this place definetly deserves it. Mr. Mark doesn’t just care about making money he cares about the quality of the juices and mods he is selling as well as the concerns of his customers and he actively plays a big role in helping lots of people to quit smoking by providing information and insight. He has always been nice and welcoming into the store and doesn’t carry the shady vibe that usually comes with other vape shops. No house juice only the best of the best of juices. So you can never go wrong! Great place five stars!

Poor customer service. Seemed to be a hint of bias in the air. Lack of knowledge or lack of interest in conveying said knowledge. Needless to say, I’ll happily spend my money elsewhere. There are far too many shops locally that offer a far superior level of interest in visiting customers. Your money will be better spent elsewhere. My review is based on an experience with an older, short chubby fellow wearing glasses. Reply: A lack of products is one thing. Not one sole retailer will have EVERYTHING. This is still no excuse for poor customer service, a lack of general knowledge, and genuine interest in those individuals who choose to visit your establishment. To plainly say, the guy behind the counter was not a customer service professional.

I wanted to check this place out since I had never seen it before and it's right by my house. I found what I wanted and was ready to purchase. I have an older debit card that some times doesn't read right and you have to swipe it 2 or 3 times before it works. It declined the first time which happens every now and then so I just have them run it again and it always works on the 2nd or 3rd time. Well the rude old guy behind the counter gave me a dirty look and refused to run my card a 2nd time becuase he said the bank was going to charge him a fee for a 2nd swipe, really??? So he preferred to avoid getting a nominal bank fee to not making a $100+ dollar sale, pissing off a new customer (and losing future repeat business in the process) and also getting yet another 1 star review.. That makes absolutely no sense to me from a business/customer service standpoint. If the old man actually wanted to be helpful and also make a sale, he could have suggested a solution like maybe taking 1 min to walk across the parking lot to the nearest atm and coming back with some cash. I wouldnt have had a problem with that. But nope, he clearly doesn't care about sales or customer service. Frankly I dont think he even wanted my business to begin with. Ended up going to Vapor City on west rd across the street from my job and purchasing the same mod there with no problems whatsoever and also using the same card he refused to swipe again. That was the first and only time I will ever be going to ANY cypress vapor location..👎👎👎

I’ve been coming into this shop for over 3-4 years now. I’ve lost count. They have the largest selection of premium liquids of any location in the Houston area. The ambiance is very professional, very clean, and upscale. Even with the upscale feeling, almost like a jewelers shop, the prices on the liquids and the hardware are extremely competive. Most liquids in the store are easily $5-$10 cheaper here than any other location I have visited. The staff is professional and extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is in a high volume area surrounded by other great businesses. The experience here is far beyond any other shop in the city.

My husband and I visited Cypress Vapors last Tuesday. We had tried other e-cigs and they just weren't cutting it. When we got there we really had no idea what we were looking for. Mark was extremely patient with us! Spent the time to figure out what our tastes and habits were and probably an hour just going over each device. Mark then walked us through set up and filling of each of our devices. He didn't try to oversell or push anything on us. In fact, when we were just about to go overboard on liquids he told us to slow down and make sure we were happy with the two we chose. HIGHLY recommend this shop! Mark has customers for life with us!

The “old man with the glasses” got some bad rap from several reviewers on here, and I have to strongly disagree with them. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend this shop! Way better than my old one.
