Look no further for the best vape shop in Pittsburgh!! I was a smoker for years until I found swirling winds vapor. I went to other stores that seemed to not care about you but what you had in your pocket. These guys will do everything they can to help you out, and won't look down on you for being a NOOB, like other places have made me feel in the past. If you are in need of a great shop come here! I have been to a great deal of shops in the Pittsburgh area. I won't go anywhere else. The help that you receive is the best I have ever gotten, Tim, Paul, and Bill!! They are patient, really care about what they do, will spend time talking to you about your purchase, their knowledgeable and won't try to sell you on things that you do not need, but will steer you in the direction you need to go in. The prices are fair and reasonable. I will always be a loyal customer! Thanks Guys!! You are the best!

This is the best vape shop; especially for people new to vaping. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and are more concerned with finding something that works for you rather than making a profit. I would give 10 stars if I could!

100$ vape stopped working in 1st week of use , lost receipt, an was pretty much told I was beat , thought if i talked to the 2 guys that sold it to me a week before they would help me out ,but i was wrong.. so i gave owner my number , an was just ignored...wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!! Everyone was real nice until u have a problem an the whole atmosphere changes completely..
