High end vape shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Awesome variety and quality of juices. Had some issues with with my device, they happily helped me and made it right!

Monster Vape on 215 S Highland Ave

A little while ago I purchased a device and enough e-juice to last a chain vaper 6 months. I was happy. A couple weeks later I went back to get a new tank, and the store owner was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. They only had one of the tanks left that I needed, and it was out of its packaging and in their display case, but the salesperson offered to sell it to me. I took it home, filled it up, and almost instantly juice was leaking out. I've experienced minor leaks here and there, but not like this. I noticed the tank was cracked, so I went back the next day to return it. The salesperson flat out refused to inspect the tank and refused to give me the $5 back that I payed for it, despite the fact that they have a 7-day return policy for such defects. I am incredibly disappointed to say the least.

Was sold 2 cracked tanks within 3 days and denied an exchange or refund. Despite having a receipt from the previous day, I was denied an exchange because I did not have my complete mod with me. The aggressive staff had no qualms violating their return policy that's clearly stated on the receipt. I did not bother trying to exchange the second defective tank, based on my initial experience. Selling defective items then violating your own policy seems to be an unfair and deceptive business practice, per Section 5(a) of the FTC Act. Disclaimer: I'm not a legal professional. I'd normally call corporate in this situation, but there isn't any centralized customer support. The store owner must have his/her relatives giving their store 5 stars.

been there couple times.. its so convenience to be there. the store itself looks nice, i didn't buy for me because i am not vaping but the SA gave them their best, help me to understand what i bought, and the store owner also being so friendly and very humble to give his best suggestion for what to buy based on my needs, as a person who doesn't know much about vaping, that was totally helpful so i didn't waste my money for giving a wrong gift. overall i would absolutely recommend this store to my friends n colleague. saw couple bad reviews, but better to experience yourself. i have no idea how bad reviews come together around the same times talking about bad customer service. just totally the opposite of my experience. so, don't trust my review, visit the store, experience the customer service, and give your review! wise enough? :)

Monster Vape on 215 S Highland Ave

The owners are friendly and always made me feel at home. They helped me find a CBD that worked for me. I buy all my oils from Monster Vape and strongly suggest jumping ship to a vape with them if you smoke cigarettes. It’s all about healthy choices in my life and the CBD is a good alternative to my High consumption of cannibas. Smoking CBD helps curb my urges to smoke a bowl. So for me it’s a no brainer. I’m eating less sugar and my eyes are not as red all the time. Thank god for Monster Vape is alll I can say. Good people and extremely knowledgeable. I’m gonna say this again, these are my people.
