Clerks were friendly and informative, helped me to find the vaping device that fit my needs. I purchased a vape device that was malfunctioning after about two weeks of using it, after diagnosing the problem and figuring out the probable reasons, they gladly exchanged it for a new one. Really made my day because I had a few accessories (coil heads) which could only be used with that device and I hated the idea of them going to waste. They also got me started in their loyalty program, which is definitely a nice reward. I like the idea of getting something for free every once in awhile, and I think if you pay $1 you can try out different flavors as well, good idea if you ask me. So all in all, I'm very pleased with their service and knowledge, not to mention their rewards program, good stuff.😊

Nice kids that work there but they dont tell you that they dont accept returns until AFTER u bought ur stuff. Now im stuck with a brand new box mod that doesnt work right

Large selection of juices that are somewhat well priced. They have a knowledgeable staff, offer military discounts, and have a perks program. Unfortunately they have a rather small selection of mods. For the most part the coils they carry are only for the most recent/popular tanks. I still come here if I run out of something and don't have time to wait for it to come online.
