This shop provides a decent selection of products at a fair price. The staff is knowledgeable and are willing to discuss products and provide recommendations. They also prioritize the customers in the store as there has only been one employee working each time we have visited and callers are put on hold or asked to call back.

Travel 40 minutes to buy tobacco here, wouldn't get it elsewhere. They will match your pack of cigarette with their custom blends, I smoke naturals, 27's, and the number 5 blend is a perfect match. For a smooth menthol mumber 7 is perfect. Slightly pricey but worth the coin! Lot's of options to choose from here, and the cashier seems to always know anything I ask. Very knowledgeable staff and seem to enjoy the craft.

Cool place, knowledgeable staff, plenty of nice pieces. Very strict about not using any words like "bong, bowl" e.t.c, they will ask you to leave if you went on asking for a blown glass 12" bong or anything like that. The prices are a bit steep though, that's why the 4 star rating.

Such a great place! Went to 5 different head shops and could not find what I was looking for at all.. called in to Planet RYO and was immediately talking to a woman who started listing off all of the types of female hitter pieces they had. Walked in and was greeted by the same woman that was on the phone, and was helped finding the right piece for me. Great service. Will definitely be back!
