The guy that helped me with my purchase on Sunday was great and knowledgeable. He explained all the mods and differences. He made sure I knew how to use it before I left. I would send people there if they asked where to go.

This shop is by far my favorite shop! I've been too numerous other shops but the friendly workers and great customer service is what keeps me coming back. And I love the new store... so much bigger. They always take the time out to answer any questions I may have, help me with picking out new flavors and don't rush me so they can take other customers. Thank you guys for your great service!

Got a great deal with my new mod, and there rewards program is nice. Went to a few of their stores before the 40% tax forced a store to close, but been to the new store, was at the mall store and also the one that closed in Sherman's dale. Never had a bad experience and the military discount helps

Got some cuttwood boss reserve and paid full price only to find the use by date on the back is from a year ago. Will be brining back and getting a refund. Also will be emailing cuttwood a picture of the bottle and where I purchased from
