I was immediately greeted with a smile and a hello. The employees are so welcoming and helpful. Truly Hands-On with my vaporizer problems and they always help me to find a solution to improve my products that I buy from them. Love this store. Definitely one of my favorite places to go. Whether it be just to hang out or to talk to the worker and laugh and joke about stuff. Good products as well. Definitely a must-see store if you are a vaporizer from out of town you will be surprised that they make all of their own E Juices on the spot for you.

Went in to buy a new device. I don’t know a ton about devices but figured the staff would help me pick a good option. I asked specifically about the battery life in a device that I favored, and they assured me it would be great. I get home and the thing barely holds a charge, I’m constantly having to stop and charge it. I spent ~100 bucks on something I had to immediately replace. I don’t even want to give it away because it sucks so bad. They’re super nice, but it’s not a store for people who don’t already know everything. I feel ripped off and won’t be going back.

As a DIY mixer here out of town and out of juice I was able to walk in and give the exact concentrate percentages and walk out with a juice I knew I'd love at the same price as any other juice but it was EXACTLY the way I wanted it mixed. Perfect...thanks!

Great customer service over here. I bought my new vape & a week later I dropped it twice in one day. My tank wasn't working & the guy at the shop replaced it for free. On the other hand, they don't have tools at the shop to help repair a unit. So keep this in mind.

I don’t usually write reviews. Rose City Vapesters is a wonderful vape community. Amazing, friendly and educated staff. I’ve never tasted juice this good. It’s the place to go and they mix in house with quality ingredients and you can TASTE THE QUALITY. Definitely worth it. The best around! Thank you for helping me. I’m obsessed with your juices!

This place was tucked away and hard to find, but that is probably for the better in terms of keeping it 21+. There's ample street parking and free 2hr parking at the nearby Safeway. The shop itself screams "Keep Portland Weird" in the best ways. The shopping experience was like taste testing gourmet food then being told the chef will gladly tweak his master recipes to your liking. This vape juice mixing genius looks like Ms Frizzle's punk rock older brother. I left with a delicious custom maple donut flavor and a blueberry cotton candy flavor. Both prices were on par with what you'd pay for a company premade juice. They had some good deals as well for bigger purchases. Shop, shopping & purchasing experience, and product quality 10/10 will be back again. My only complaint is I didn't come here sooner

I am writing this review for the good of our community, and (hopefully) a wake-up call to the owner. The guy refused to sell me a sample size e-juice of which they make in-house. When I asked for the reason his answer was "because we can." when I agreed to buy the regular size he asked for my phone number to plug it into this computer, I said that I don't feel comfortable sharing my phone number, he said "well, I can't sell you anything then. Have a good night." Unprofessional, uncreative, condescending. I don't want to jump into assumptions on why he treated me that way, but I will leave it up to the reader. By the way, the extra star is for the clean shop just to be fair.

Love going here, Thomas and Elton are both awesome. I like the earl gray flavor quite a bit, it's hard to find a good one. They are super flexible with their mixing and they are honest about their products and very helpful if you have any issues. It's a great shop for both beginner and veteran vapers.
