Super nice people working there. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Cheaper prices than most pipe or vape shops. Great selection as well. Many closer to my HQ., but it's worth going to House of Pipes for all my smoking needs! Tyler was especially helpful and knew his stuff!.... Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Zach and Adam, very friendly & answered all my questions. I love that they serve ea. customer until you are satisfied & you never feel rushed! Even when they are busy, which is most of the time. ( They're secret is out)!

Moved here recently from New York. Wanted to find a smoke shop with variety, and good customer service. At House of Pipes I received exceptional service from Louie and another employee. Really well put together shop, extremely helpful and knowledgable staff. Mike helped me choose a new flavor not too long ago. Asked me what I liked, and recommended a similar flavor that fit my tastes. Definitely a win based on customer service, and also a win on selection.

I've been visiting this shop fairly frequently as of late, and everyone has been pretty friendly and helpful. I had a particularly good experience with Wyatt last evening helping me pick out a new recycler. We looked at quite a few, and he was very patient and knowledgeable with his suggestions as he helped me find the right one. Highly recommend the shop.

This pipe shop has a great selection of glassware with great deals on their stuff. When I stopped in, Michael and Tony were very helpful by informing me on the differences between pipes and getting me what I needed. I would definitely recommend this place!

I stopped by HOP last week because ALL of my lighters went out at once 🔥😳 Michael was super knowledgeable about all of their new products and helped me pick out the cutest little elephant I've ever seen! I couldn't decide on which one cause they were all cute, but this was the winner 😍😍😍🐘💙 Thanks Michael! It might be too cute to use so I'm going to have to come by and get another 😂😂

I was in the shop last weekend on Sunday because I was on vacation in Portland. I was in the market for a new pipe but was having trouble choosing. I was helped by Johnny and he provided me with amazing service. He was super knowledgeable, very attentive and incredibly personable. I was able to find a pipe that I loved and left a satisfied customer. The shop is great in general but the service ensures that whenever I'm in Portland I'll be there.

This is my favorite shop ever, they have a fantastic selection! Also the people are super nice and friendly. Johnny is the best and helped me pick out a couple pipes, especially my new favorite one: an amazing swirly gold and silver glass one. Highly recommend this shop!

Came in for the first time, wasn't really sure what to expect, but I had an amazing experience, the staff was absolutely wonderful, they answered all my questions and more, and actually taught me a couple cool things too! This place is the bees' knees! I don't know how the employee Keith isn't a manager yet, he was so helpful and seemed to know all the answers to all my questions! A+++ experience, will definitely be going back!
