Extremely unprofessional. If you have no idea what you are looking for they are extremely hesitant to spend the time to show or teach you about their products and how to effectively utilize them. I recommend a much better shop called Mystic Joint in the Cutler Bay area as they are extremely knowledgeable, friendly great environment. Horrible experience. I'm sure the positive reviews are family and friends.

This vape shop is awesome. Honestly, the staff there are very helpful when it comes to selecting different vape juices and giving advice on different mods and what is currently popular. Also, using their tablet to find what you're looking for in vape juice flavors is awesome too and their prices are competitive, especially with the discounts they include. I highly recommend this vape shop to anyone who is really into vaping.
