Been in this place many times. The staff can be a hit and miss sometimes. Some of them know there stuff really well and some of them not so much. Really great selection of good quality liquids (can be a little pricey though) with new brands and selection all the time that you might not find in other places. Products are up to date and new stuff all the time. Price is fair. The store has a good vibe but I do think that they can clean behind the counter a little bit more. Sometimes it's all cluttered with empty boxes and staff just looking at their computers, so I do think maybe put them to work to clean it up.

They have a lot of great gear, however I found the staff less than courteous until he realized I was actually going to spend something. The first thing he did, was to put down the mod I had. Maybe he didn't like it personally, but don't make the customer feel stupid first thing in the door. I then bought the Limitless RDTA, not knowing there was a PLUS model. Two days later I saw the plus at another store for $10 less than what I paid for the original. I wasn't educated, and I feel like old product was pushed on me to get rid of it. That's a pretty crappy way of dealing with customers. If I had been educated about it, and got a deal based on the fact it was an old model, I would have still bought it and left a better review. I also bought some T8 coils, only to find them for 2/3 of the price later that week elsewhere. Perhaps because this shop is in the Beaches, they feel that they can jack the prices and dupe people into buying what they have. There are a tonne of vape shops in Toronto, and I will not be going back to this one again.

I am updating my post just to get it out there, after placing an order of mod with them , they cancelled it and i said OK as i wanted to get this transaction over with and asked for return , they returned it using western union but to wrong country and ever since i have been following up with them with no update. I have been involved in online purchasing too many times never i have said such a painful experience. Worst experience ever do yourself a favor and don't order on Vape29. If I had the option I would give the 0 stars .... !!!! Big mistake to order online from them. NO customer support. No One picks your call even if they do they are weird and can't hear what you are saying, no update on order. I wish I had known that before. Little advise please order from somewhere else.
