I stopped vaping awhile ago because it doesn't suit me. Lucky for me 180 smoke starts to carry one of those IQOS device. I couldn't try the device in store but it turns out to be exactly like cigarette! I think I will stick to IQOS for awhile

Visited this location on Aug. 21, about 15 mins to closing time. In most places of business they would either rush you out or become visibly annoyed, instead I was pleasantly pleased by how helpful and friendly the employees there were. Eddie (who served me) told me not to worry about the closing time, and took time to set my new vape rig up and fully explained what I'd need and demonstrated how to use it. By the time I left, the store had been closed for nearly 30 mins... the stock there is excellent, but what I will be returning for is the exceptional customer service. Highly recommended. 5/5.

Really nice shop. A little hidden away and hard to spot if you're not looking for it, but being the only vape shop in the area it's a great spot. Great selection, really friendly staff, and prices you'll expect. Not the best prices but they are competive and far from being over priced. Loyalty program is an added bonus too.

They have some good juice, other than that this place is lagging behind. Look at dashvapes, amazing service, great online presence, cheaper juice, more variety. BIG PROBLEM. I asked them to re wrap my batteries and I was told they were not allowed to do so....at dashvapes they do it for free to keep me safe! They even gave me a little safety case for my batteries. These batteries are known to explode if not properly taken care of and 180 smoke obviously doesn't care about their customers devices exploding and therefore does not care about the safety of their customers. If all you need a small amount of juice and there is a 180 close, sure go ahead. Otherwise just go to the professionals at dashvapes. (I am in no way affiliated with dashvapes).

So they don’t do refunds OR exchange for DEFECTIVE items even though it was within 14 days.. I should’ve known better than to come here. Customer service is very fake and they have no desire to help you. Only want your $$$$

Got my first Vape from these guys. Great customer service and they showed me everything I needed to know. The experience of going in there and being able to try the juices and have a good experience all in all makes these guys the best. 10/10 would recommend!

Norman and Pedro (I think his name was) were very helpful to me and have been helpful to me throughout the weeks. If you get a chance please check this shop out! As far as variety goes their inventory might be lacking on the regulated mods, however they have some of the best tanks on the market consistently in stock, good juice, and great atmosphere!

First time visiting this shop, and WON'T be my last. The sales person, Lawrence, was a great help when it came to finding juices and learning about different vape devices. I walked in wanting 1 juice and ended up walking out with 3. I bought 3 60ml juices at a GREAT discount thanks to Lawrence. I bought Mantra, Blackcurrant Lemonade and a menthol flavour.

I was lied to by the manager (Sean) about there not being any juul packs. I came in hoping to get one simple thing but as I have now found out, they go out of their way to oversell to you and go as far as to refuse a sale or say they’re “out of stock” if they think it’ll lower their sales. Do not go here if you only plan on buying one thing because they won’t let it happen.
