This place is great until you have an issue with a recently purchased vape kit. I wasn't asking for a refund, just an exchange. Furthermore, the associate did not take my concerns with this kit seriously, which were legitimate and grounded by my experience with similar kits over the years. None of them came out of the box with the fire button needing to be pushed with such force, nor was the fire button pushed in so much that it hardly feels like your pushing a button. I seen this happen over time and with constant use (a lot of use), but never on a brand new unit. Dash Vapes' customer service is superior, and the associates are honest about the products they carry. Everything is always dandy when transacting with a business, but the true test is when an unforeseeable issue occurs and the steps taken to resolve that issue ito the best of one's ability. Not just be dismissive and condescending

Treated with amazing customer service. The staff has always been able to accomadate my needs, would definitely recommend this spot for friends and family who are interested or are already vaping. Have been attending this location for close to two years and have always been treated as family. Thank you guys

Vapes are finicky. The technology is not perfect yet. Nobody knows what’s going on with them all the time.... These guys have the patience, the willingness to try, and the customer service ability to solve all your problems and they have the best prices in town. I have been to vape shops all around the COUNTRY and you will be hard pressed to find one as excellent as Spyder Vapes. No pretentious attitudes, no inflated prices - just great guys doing great work. I went to another store with an issue and they said that they aren’t responsible for manufacturer defects. I came here and they fixed the other stores product and replaced it for FREE. You now have a lifetime regular customer. I will be coming back EVERY week for juice, coils, and new mods. Message to the owner: keep this level of customer service and care as your grow your business... its what makes you shop superior.

Awesome staff, awesome products and nice looking clean store. I love the setup (different than most vape shops where the testers are set up off to the side so you don't feel pressured with someone behind the counter - sort of like a barber shop in a way) and they do a really good job at keeping it clean. The recently departed Jordan was a great guy to deal with and who I dealt with most of the time. Knowledgable and friendly for sure. Taylor and Anthony are doing an excellent job at keeping everything organized and very friendly too. Both are knowledgable and know their stuff. Good selection of juices at a good price. I've dealt with Dan once as well and he's a stand up guy. Would highly recommend stopping by and will definitely be back often for the foreseeable future. Five stars, would rate higher if I could.
