All the staff are amazing; I've been using the Red Star Juice for a while and the guy Tim with all the tattoos was really helpful with finding me another one to try that i love. All of the staff are friendly and great! Best place to shop with knowledgable staff!

Tim is a finesse God. With the salesmanship handles akin to a healthy Kyrie Irving. He knows his stuff and has a phenomenal gift of gab. Very approachable, it's like talking to an old friend. Overall the experience was dope. 10/10 would shop here again.

WOW. Just wow T&T. Tim and his team!!!!!! Some of the friendliest and knowledgeable people I've dealt with. Some of the most honest opinions Ive seen in the vaping community. My warranty issues were addressed faster than I could explain what had happened. All while keeping a friendly happy atmosphere. I wish I had the name of the gentlemen that was in the day prior because he stopped me from making a really really stupid buy. Between him and Tim, im in love with this shop. Also loving my new Aegis Legend!! Thanks a million guys!

Outstanding!! Tim's knowledge, and expertise, with the products are truely amazing! His demeanor, and personal customer service skills, are excellent!! Instead of selling you 'product' of the month, or some costly product that you think you may want, he will identify your needs and sell you exactly what you need. My purchases ended up costing less than I anticipated. I am a sincerely impressed and satisfied customer!! Well done Tim!!
