I started an order online, and decided to pick it up in-store instead. Excellent service on their site. When I went in, the in-store staff was also great. Kind, polite, and helpful. When I had a problem with one of the items, I got a fast response to my email, and were more than happy to help me troubleshoot the issue without having to go back to the store. Will definitely be going back.

I’ve been visiting Twisted Coil for over a year now. It’s where I bought my first vape, and the service there is always excellent. Friendly, informative staff are always willing to discuss any questions or concerns, and they genuinely care about their customers and the vaping community.

Friendly staff, the gentleman that was working helped me pick two starting vape pens which were gifts. Also advised on the proper concentration to start them off on. His advice was spot on since the friends who received the vapes said that the juice was good but a little strong for their liking. I didn't want to get them too weak a concentration since it was to help them quit smoking.
