I come here all the time with my sister and it’s usually great. Today we went in to grab a couple bottles of juice and a pack of coils. The man working was someone we weren’t as familiar with but have definitely seen him before. I didn’t have my ID on me since we go so often so I was asked to leave the store. So my sister was left buying the juices for me. She didn’t have her drivers license on her so she pulled out her health card and he wouldn’t accept it. He said he has to ID absolutely everyone coming into the store because the cameras have to show that he’s actually IDing people. There were two other men there who weren’t asked for their IDs and they brought it up in defence of my sister and the guy had no comment. Asked if we could show him a picture of her drivers license since we bussed almost an hour we couldn’t exactly go back home and come all the way back here just to bring him ID and he wouldn’t accept that either. He was being really rude and not giving us any Helpful solutions. While other men in the store had no ID and he allowed them all to buy

This place was awesome. Both Bryan and Osei were amazing in terms of customer service. Although this was my first time at the shop it felt as though i had known them for years. Apart from customer service , their knowledge of their product and industry was second to none.. Without a doubt this is now my designated go to place for all things Vape related... Thanks Guys...

I visited this location to buy a grinder as a gift for a friend, and didn't know the difference between grinder qualities. The two employees (unfortunately I forgot to get their names) were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while I decided what to get. They explained things to me thoroughly and were funny and attentive, but gave me space when I needed it. All in all, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase and the customer service they provided; although, the store was empty when I went in so I can't vouch for when they're busy. I've been to the Scarborough location a few times before, and found the Mississauga location much more pleasant and worth going to. The service in Mississauga was nice enough that I ended up getting a loyalty card along with my purchase.

Had a great experience the first time I came in. Knowledgeable staff and Osei was super helpful! Started vaping probably 5 or 6 years ago and the technology has come along way. First time at the Mississauga location and the staff member that was helping me out was very helpful and knowledgeable. Awesome customer service... definitely going back to the shop. Pay them a visit before going anywhere else. They have a huge selection.
