Never shopped anywhere else for juice, always satisfied until today. Went to return some juice that was the same exact juice I bought 2 weeks prior because there was no flavour. Manager stated that there was nothing she could do for me. I will not be back. For a long term customer to have a complaint and the business not having a solution other than to “buy more juice”, is not acceptable.

was super disappointed. I ordered a kit and some juice online the night before, to be able to be picked up the following day. I was wanting to try some different juice so I went online to check it out since the store was closed. I browsed and ended up picking up a kit as well. I went to the store to pick it up the following day and as soon as I walked in the guy behind the counter just looked at me. I told him I was picking up an order and he was dumbfounded and said “I don’t think so. we don’t do that”. meanwhile there’s a sign on the counter saying our new upgraded website, order online! After him not believing what I was telling him and having to make a couple phone calls because they never received my order online, they ended up not having what I ordered in stock. The one comment that really turned me off of this location was when he was on the phone with his boss “why couldn’t he just come in store and buy it” (rather than online). Ended up having to drive across the city from Wellington, to Sherwood Forest Mall. Got there, guy had no idea as well. Long story short, don’t order online. And if you do, expect the guy to look at you as an idiot when you go and pick it up. 2 Stars because the guy who I interacted with via account chat actually had a sense of humour.

I started going to Forest City Vape early last year and instantly was a fan and now I'm in there at least once a week. Awesome staff that know what they are talking about, and willing to take the time to help you with your needs. If you're looking for fair prices and good customer service head down to your local Forest City Vape.

Today I went in to buy some e-juice, and I left with a brand new HOTCIG Squonk box mod with a Pulse RDA! As soon as I walked in I felt extremely welcome and there was no rush to get me to purchase anything either. Overall, the service was amazing, and staff were extremely friendly! Also, they went above and beyond to help me set up my new mod and how to maintain it! I would highly recommend FCV to everyone, as it is now my go too Vape shop!
