I have gone in to the store in London a few times now and have always been impressed. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and always friendly. I definitely recommend this store to any long time vapers or anyone thinking about starting.

I am editing my review, I went in with a defective product. They helped me and replaced it. Second one happened again. Over warranty and was given a free bottle when I seen them again. Went from a 2 star to a 4 star

The guy that helped me out was amazing, very patient and knowledgeable. Explained the device and how it worked amazing. The Rockets candy vape he recommended was delicious! I have already let some of my friends know to go here. Also he was a fellow Jays fan which is a huge bonus!

Amazing customer service! Immediately after I placed my order I got a humorous email that confirmed they got my order and would send it asap. I ordered it on a Friday night and it was delivered that monday, that's pretty much like same day delivery. Also they threw in some free e-liquid and a hand written thank you on the order receipt
