I would like to start by saying that I first came to this location when it first opened and I have continued to return even to this day. I have watched management change hands, some staff were not as good as others, and staff come and gone over the years. My presence in this store was not limited to just a customer; I have also supported and accompanied a youth who had been given the responsibility and opportunity to partake in a job placement at this location. I quickly became familiar with the stores products, the staff and the work dynamic that I was constantly exposed to daily. Partaking in so many different customer experiences - good and poor - with every staff that has worked here and having had the opportunity to watch this location grow, improve and become so integrated into the community leads me to recognize, praise and thank the two gentlemen that worked so hard to accomplish this. Vapours Canada Belleville location employees Tim and Anthony are truly the company’s greatest assets and I hope the company knows this because when you walk into the Belleville Store, you will walk in to find 2 of the most hardworking, dedicated and knowledgeable men who always go above and beyond for their customers, who represent Vapours Canada in a respectful and tasteful manner during community social events and holiday festivities, and who have demonstrated their generosity, kindness, and inclusiveness towards all demographics that reside in our community. Thank you kindly Tim and Anthony for all of your hard work, and continuous kindness and efforts. You both are truly amazing people.

Nothing special, they don't seem to really be up on new devices and not a great juice selection. Gets the job done if you know they have what you want before you go.

The people who work here have never been nice, they always act like I'm taking time away from some important vape session their doing out back while they should be working. I've met one guy who was nice, but never seen him twice. The other two grumps always seem to be there Instead.
