I had stopped in the store today and purchased the 416 snozzleberry flavour. This is one of the best E-Juice flavours I have ever tried. Staff was friendly and answered all of my questions accordingly. Will definitely stop in to purchase more E-Juice.

I’m sorry you may see it that way how ever I assure it’s leaned towards the fact Not only I but my friend with me got accused of stealing stuff from your store never got a proper apology from anyone and did we steal anything no.. all we were told was the footage was reviewed. (You then called your employee at the time to come out to the car and get us to empty our pockets, we did and there was nothing) . your staff telling me that I can use a smok big baby beast tank with a floating 5/10 pin on a hybrid mechanical tube mod when I know full fact for that’s not safe! is why you got the one star. Like I said Gave you guys more then one go. your establishment isn’t for me not saying it isn’t for others by keep up the good work !

Very bad customer service I went in because I bought an e cig from them but it wouldn't fire so I took it back They said I couldn't get my money back instead I got store credit the employee said they would give me 10 percent and a free bottle. So I couldn't figure out what to do the employee was very rude when I kept asking for an opinion because I wasn't sure what to do I ended up buying a new e cig which is still not firing. When I paid they didn't give me my 10 percent I asked for it and he was very upset gave me a dirty look and handed me 2 dollars and said "there your ten percent." They didn't try to help me. I felt like just getting out of there because I felt uncomfortable asking for anymore help. I just wish they could of helped me and made it right I was pretty much forced to get something I didn't want because I didn't want to bother with asking for anything else

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Excellent variety and a smartly set-up tester bar. Excellent choice of premium brands....best in the area for sure. House brand as well with excellent choices. Always new stock and innovative technologies. I have been to many vape shops...this is the best.
