I came in here for the first time.. I heard vaping at a low nicotine level and possibly CBD oil will help with asthmatics to a degree. So last week i went in to get information and get started. I went in and they were decently nice.. They showed me the flavors and seemed to be pressuring a sale at this point. Once he realized i was a beginner his mood completely went dry and no smiling - i am guessing because he knew he wasnt making a huge sale. So problem #1, he sold me the aspire pockex which apparently is going off the market soon which was not very nice of him. Secondly, they recommended me to start at a 6mg of nicotine probably in hopes id get addicted and go higher. Instead of listening to what i wanted, he took advantage of me. Well needless to say i was still trying to ignore the attitude. Well the 6mg hurt me badly and they acted like i was stupid. They traded two of the juices in for 2 coils and 0 mg of the other flavor which after thinking about it, he screwed me over on that so getting screwed was problem #2.. Third problem is that they wont return my vape and get me into a better one. They just keep getting my smart remarks. Not professional at all. Therefore, i went to Vape USA on 71 and memorial. They helped get me situated, got me a free cbd oil, got me into a 3mg oil that is fruity and have kept in contact with me to make sure im doing okay. They also are willing to give me a discount on a new vape for the inconvenience y'all gave me. I will never be stepping foot into Vapor Kings again. There is a reason why they had to cut down their store size. Their customer service is horrendous. Every time i go into Vapor USA, i am fully greeted and have the full attention of the employees regardless of the amount of my transaction. So if anyone wants to know, avoid vapor kings at all costs! Oh yeah, after less than a week of use of the pockex (which i dont vape a bunch), it is already messing up!!!!

I will NEVER return.I highly DO NOT recommend this place to anyone who Vapes!! Staxx is awesome and elsewhere. The customer service sucks. Every single time I have went in there the employees don't smile or make u feel invited. The prices are higher too. I believe that the owner is a total physco as well,he went off on my cousin for trying to smell a certain juice and kicked her out. She was going to spend quite a bit of money there too,but he ruined that by getting in her face and yelled at her for just trying to smell a juice they had on sale. He also told her that she had to buy it and was extremely RUDE!!!! If he was having a bad day he didn't have to take it out on her just saying he lost money and business. Go somewhere else people seriously,the customer service SUCKS.

I absolutely love this place they're very kind an do a stand up job they even sat 15 minutes after closing with me just answering questions I would definitely recommend this place for your vaping needs

I have shopped at this store on and off for the past 4 years, since I started vaping in 2014 thank the Lord, I am no longer a smoker. This store used to be a place where I could go to buy my supplies. I can't anymore. This company has forgotten about the reason they are in business in the first place, to give the smoker a more healthy alternative than the cigarette. They cater only to the recreational vaper, playing with clouds, goofy fruity juices with 0 to no nicotine ( what's the point???) , Clouds, and the next better device since the last new play thing two days ago. All I wanted was a new mini Nautilus, two out of two of the stores I visited did not have it. The last guy I spoke with went so far as to say it had been discontinued. I have serious doubts about that one. Thanks, but sounds like a little "smoke blowing" there. I just ordered one online with no difficulty at all. Once again, the small biz loses to online big bucks. So disappointing...I won't be back to Vapor Kings.

The staff are very knowledgeable but the juice selection, while large, isn't to my taste. They're also more expensive than many other places in town. Think Vapor USA without the top notch juices.
