Great customer service. The owner help me get the products I wanted for my adult kids to help them get off cigarettes. They are now vaping.... customer service is top notch.

I would not recommend this place to any one! I was a very loyal customer for a couple of years and never had an issue until yesterday. I purchased an eGo AIO that an employee recommended and went in a week later with receipt to return or exchange because it did not work like I was told it would. The guy working there was a complete jerk and would not take it back! He told me I needed to clean it? As far as I am concerned it is a faulty product and they should stand behind the products they sell. Not to mention they should treat their customers with a little more respect. This guy is running off loyal customers. Certainly ran this one off! I will spend my money somewhere else and recommend you should too.

Ive been using Designated Vaping for about a year now. The store is super clean and the staff is down to earth and helpful. I dont like those 'lounge' style vape shops, I feel dirty after being in them. DV is kept like a REAL store, you can try stuff out but you dont get to just lay around like a bum. I just bought 4 batteries today, took 30 seconds, I asked for the best batteries for the best price and they pointed me right to it, no pushy up-sale, no waiting. Perfect shopping experience. other vape shops can learn a thing or two from these guys.

Love the people that work there, they are polite, fast and give you good info and will actually tell you I don't know if they do not know. So instead of making up some bull crap just say I'm not sure bc lies never work & like I don't know anything about electronics.lol I do HVAC for a living pretty sure can fig out or fix a little Mod device if given the right advice;) Anyways off subject a bit. Usually only one person working and I've never waited longer than 5-10 min maybe. And they have the best vape juice brand & flavor that I have found personally. I sure wish the prices were a bit cheaper or give you a bottle every 10-20 you buy bc one free dollar every so much you spend It's just not enough for how much I'm spending it's def not a big shop but they have what you need not all the extra crap you really don't. Small like I said but if they have your brand or your flavor this is the place to go!!! Thanks DV for all the good service, me & my entire immediate family says the same as well;) -Please get more atomizers for like KBox and try to get biggest bottles possible on the Vader 6😉 -Thanks!!!

We went to every vaping/e-cig place in Broken Arrow and Tulsa and did not like the service we received (or lack thereof) at any of them. Last on our list was Designated Vaping and we couldn't have been happier. We were greeted and helped out by Chris. She was super cool, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We had a great time talking with her and we left very happy with the service and the products we purchased.
